don’t judge a tree by its bark – 01

so, this is definitely an odd title for a blog post … lol … but it is what my new big project is about… so, here is the beginning, a roughout of the two characters heads involved … how the title applies will be more and more clear as the project progresses πŸ™‚


as these already indicate, i will sculpt everything in pose, and expression, without using symmetry, to get the most liveley sculpt … so far sculpting was done in zbrush,, blender was used to plan and roughout the scene, not shown yet here in blog, since i want make it a little secret still πŸ˜‰ πŸ™‚

    • thank you matt! and a happy new year to you as well!
      i was rather busy last week, and next week i have to work on a tutorial, but i am eager to try to squeeze in some extra sculpting hours to push this forward… i can see it clearly in my mind, and want to see it become alive πŸ™‚
